Wellness Brand Finds North Star and Expands

Challenge

This retail wellness business had never defined its brand, and yet had gained such customer validation in one geographical region that they were preparing to grow geographically. The leaders recognized that before spending heavy resources to expand, they should know their North Star, internalize it, and express it throughout their business. They knew that with this foundation, when they did expand, it would be true to the one thing that makes this business differentiated and relevant.

Solution

Kinetic Sports Rehab engaged Ironclad Brand Strategy to go through the Foundational Method to articulate this differentiated North Star. We took inventory of customer and competitive insights, examined the territory where this business shines, and then built the brand promise and value proposition according to that ownable difference. Having finished the brand strategy, the leaders felt the confidence to change the name to Tangelo Manual Therapy + Movement, build a new visual identity, and open new locations with confidence and vigor.
